Our daily work is our daily passion.Brain Technologies is searching for:Plant Quality ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Plant Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality-related activities within our precision manufacturing facility in Pinerolo. The role includes responsibility for managing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and driving a continuous improvement culture across the plant.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) at plant level
  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams within the plant
  • Coordinate and monitor all quality processes: incoming inspection, in-process control, final inspection
  • Act as main point of contact for customer quality issues, audits, and non-conformity management
  • Monitor quality KPIs (scrap rate, customer claims, internal defects, PPM) and implement action plans
  • Manage the plant audit program (internal, customer, third-party), including preparation and follow-up
  • Oversee problem-solving activities (8D, root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions)
  • Drive continuous improvement projects in collaboration with Production and Engineering departments
  • Support supplier quality management for key plant-sourced components
  • Report regularly to plant management and global quality leadership on status, risks, and initiatives
Place: Pinerolo (TO), ItalyRequirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality roles within manufacturing environments
  • Proven experience in leading plant-level quality teams and managing complex quality systems
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving capabilities, and customer-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
