- Managing a three-year program for Client Organizations certified under the EN9100 framework, ensuring continuous compliance and improvement.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve certification and maintain their status through regular audits and consultations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that all audit findings and recommendations are implemented, driving improvements in client organizations.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively and position RINA Services as a thought leader in certification.EducationBachelor's DegreeHigh School Diploma/GED in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace EngineeringQualifications- A Diploma or University Degree, preferably within the aerospace, mechanical, or electronic fields.
- Completion of the “IAQG-sanctioned 9100:2016 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training” course, recognised by Personnel Certification Bodies.
- A minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience in the aerospace sector, particularly in engineering, design, and manufacturing, with an emphasis on product/process quality control in environments such as aerospace component manufacturers or national agencies.
- Professional certification or registration in Aerospace Registers (OASIS) such as EN9100:2018 will greatly be viewed as an asset.
- Familiarity with mandatory regulations (EASA Part 145, EASA Part 21) will strengthen your application.
- Strong interpersonal skills, complemented by an ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Italian to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.Competencies
