In this role, you will:Coordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standardsTrack and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventionsAct as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progressFollow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective executionSupport vendor coordination, monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIsEnsure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing systemCollaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activitiesParticipate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are metContribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes What makes you, makes our team

2-4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environmentsGood analytical skills, with familiarity in cost trackingUniversity Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Knowledge of CADProactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
