Job Title: Sales Support Specialist - Agency WorkerJob Location: Milan, ItalyMain Responsibilities:
  • Target Management: You will be responsible for setting, breaking down, and implementing our annual order and revenue targets. Your role will be critical in ensuring our sales goals are met through rigorous analysis and reporting.
  • Forecasting & Strategy: Take charge of our sales pipeline and forecasting. You'll provide essential progress reports and risk warnings that guide high-level operational and market decisions.
  • Project Leadership: Monitor the full lifecycle of our sales projects, from initial setup to successful completion. You'll coordinate resources and facilitate key decisions to keep projects on track and ensure a high success rate.
  • Operational Excellence: Help refine and enforce our sales management processes, ensuring all activities are compliant and efficient.
Requirements:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese are a must).
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales management and on topic such as data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.
  • Work Style: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret project data, assess risks, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and support organizational alignment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project tracking or quality management tools is a plus.
