- Full management of customer master data and orders: handling modifications, monitoring goods in production, verifying payment methods, and releasing pickings for warehouse shipments;
- Direct communication with clients regarding orders, timelines, and issues, including managing complaints and non-conformities;
- Support in preparing commercial reports and documentation;
- Collaboration with other departments (Sales / Credit / Logistics) to ensure efficient and timely customer service.
- High school diploma or university degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Economics, Languages, or related fields;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Precision, flexibility, organizational skills, and customer orientation;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Proficiency in English.
