Since 2020 we have been part of the American multinational group Rockwell Automation, a leading player operating in the industrial automation sector with headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (USA).The scope of this position is to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region of Piemonte and to expand business opportunities by acquiring new customers and managing the existing customer portfolio.The Area Sales Manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.Your Responsibilities
  • Management and development of existing customers in Piemonte.
  • Acquisition of new customers within the assigned region.
  • Continuous, high‑quality customer relationship management, including joint visits with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Engineer.
  • Preparation and submission of sales activity reports to the manager.
  • Coordination with the Inside Sales Office for quotation management.
  • Participation in trade fairs and industry events.
The Essentials – You Will Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in B2B.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within Piemonte.
  • Valid driver's license.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Area Sales Manager or equivalent).
  • Experience managing customer portfolios and developing new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Background in sales of industrial or technical products.
  • Experience participating in trade fairs and industry events.
