- Join the Operations team, specifically within the Payments Strategy area, contributing to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on business performance and process optimization
- Have the opportunity to be involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with our brands and other departments to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of payment systems and the overall user experience
- Monitor and evaluate deposit and withdrawal performance, creating detailed reports and presentations that serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making, translating data findings into actionable recommendations
- Drive the ideation and execution of strategies for process and product evolution, based on insightful data analysis and market trends
- Previous experience in a consulting firm or within the gambling industry
- You have a degree in Economics, Engineering or related
- Excellence in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, working with multiple departments
- Proactivity to work even in the absence of continuous input with a problem-solving mindset and customer centricity skills
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
