- collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various techniques to meet the organization's business needs and requirements;
- work directly with project and business leaders to identify the analytical needs and requirements of the business;
- ensure CRM data quality by carrying on accounts maintenance and cleansing activities;
- support the optimization of the CRM and its adoption across the organization;
- collaborating with Marketing & Sales organization to improve overall commercial management activities, from leads, to opportunities to reporting;
- design, develop, implement and maintain business solutions based on business analysis outcomes to improve the organization's business effectiveness and efficiency;
- participate in primary marketing research and secondary marketing analysis associated with product launch and new product or service development;
- develop expertise with specific methodologies and business issues for: advertising effectiveness, reach and frequency of promotions, field force strategy and negotiation support
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM or Data-Driven Marketing roles
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce)
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Good analytical skills
