If you’re looking for more than just your next job – if you want to build something impactful with a talented team – you’re in the right place.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Software Engineer, Backend in the Consumer Wealth team, you’ll play a key role in building the services that help our users save and invest. You will work on mission-critical features that simplify wealth management and drive long-term financial goals for millions of people. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Own the Feature Lifecycle: Design, build, test, and operate backend services for savings and investment products—from initial technical design to production—using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
Build Scalable Wealth Products: Develop and maintain core functionalities like the “Invested Money Box”, automated savings goals, and investment portfolios, ensuring high reliability and transactional consistency.
Master a Modern Tech Stack: Take ownership of our AWS-based infrastructure (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and contribute to architectural improvements to ensure smooth integration across wealth-related microservices.
Work in an AI-Powered Environment: Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimize code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation, raising the bar for engineering efficiency.
Solve Complex Financial Problems: Turn financial requirements into scalable technical solutions, balancing delivery speed with the extreme precision required by wealth management systems.
Collaborate & Lead Quality: Work cross-functionally with Product and UX teams while actively contributing to code reviews, post-mortems, and refactoring initiatives to promote engineering best practices.
Drive System Reliability: Debug complex issues across services, investigate production incidents, and share learnings with the team to continuously improve the health of our financial engines.

Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented individual who excels in building reliable financial products and enjoys cross-functional collaboration. Does it sound like you?

Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer in fast-paced environments, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable microservices.
Technical Foundations: Solid expertise in Java & Spring Boot, with exposure to cloud environments (AWS is a plus) and relational databases.
Financial Precision: You care deeply about performance, data integrity, and transactional consistency—essential when handling users’ savings and investments.
Teamwork and Communication: You excel at cross-functional collaboration and can communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical peers.
Passion and Language Skills: You are passionate about FinTech, wealth management, or startup environments and are fluent in English.
