- Prepare investor presentations and press releases for the Group's financial results on a quarterly basis
- Manage financial disclosures and communications to the financial community
- Engage in regular dialogues and IR marketing activities with defined analysts and investors, including one-to-one meetings, calls, and roadshows, and incorporate ESG considerations
- Develop and regularly update internal financial analysis/models, such as analysts' estimates reviews, and external tools, as the Group's website's investor section
- Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues, working closely to understand business trends and industry developments
- Ability/opportunity to further develop/coordinate the existing team
- Monitor and analysing financial market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing investor relations strategies
- Collaborate closely with other company divisions, develop business financial models and prepare documentation to be presented to the board of directors
- Master's Degree in Economics
- 5 years of experience in Investor Relations Departments of listed companies, Investment Banking, equity research analyst, Consulting or a similar role within the financial services sector
- Proficiency in financial modelling techniques: a background in finance is a mandatory requirement
- Thorough knowledge of economic and financial principles
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English is required both verbally and in writing
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus
