As a Maintenance Manager, you will join the Technical Functions Department and supporting the team on the journey toward the electrification of automotive products.You will work to improve and maintain Company's manufacturing systems and manage the maintenance team.
You will contribute to promotion of competence and leadership in the factory, digital innovation, predictive and proactive maintenance.Your focus will be on the following responsibilities:Overall coordination of maintenance shifts and management of external suppliers.Manage existing and new assets' maintenance activity.Maintenance factory KPI (operational losses on assembly and machining area), maintenance budget, spare parts stock.Planning and execution of TPM, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, continuous improvement policies.Digitalization of maintenance activities, development of tracking tools.Collaboration with manufacturing & process engineer team to work on priorities and common goals.Moreover, you will be engaged in shaping the factory of the future. Your contribution to new manufacturing concepts and new digital projects (machine learning, data analysis, AI) will be a pillar for building a strong digital and mechatronics reality.
Profilo del CandidatoEducation: Graduated in Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering or similar academic background.Experience & technical knowledge: at least 5 years in manufacturing field (automotive will considered as a plus) in roles as project engineer/manager, industrial engineer, maintenance engineer or equivalent. In addition, prior experience in managing a team or suppliers within a manufacturing environment will be preferred.Technical kills: Knowledge of industrialization roadmaps, project management tools and problem-solving methods. Familiarity with the principles of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance.Committed to people's safety and quality, 5s and lean manufacturing.Software knowledge: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,), knowledge of SAP and digital tools, PowerBi will be considered a plus.Personality: The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and focused on project management, open to constructive team working, proactive, problem solving driven, has analytical skills, high flexibility and willingness to take responsibility.Language skills: Fluent in both Italian and English.offerta di lavoro
