Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe's premier hotels for art exhibitions.Serenity permeates the hotel's exclusive environment, enhanced by the hotel's heated outdoor pool, tennis court, jogging paths, pitch & putt golf course, and a fully equipped kids' club - ensuring an unforgettable stay.The hotel's proximity to St. Mark's Square, its exceptional culinary offerings featuring a rich variety of Italian cuisine, and its unique combination of event spaces invite guests to create truly memorable experiences.As we prepare for our imminent reopening, we are seeking a Night Manager to join our Front Office Team.Role DescriptionAs Night Manager, you will oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. Acting as the senior leader on duty, you will manage the Front Office night team, resolve guest issues, coordinate with all departments, and uphold the hotel's luxury standards while maintaining seamless continuity between day and night operations.Your main responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting all overnight front office and guest service operations

Acting as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours

Ensuring safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed and documented

Managing guest arrivals and departures, VIP treatment, and service recovery

Monitoring hotel occupancy, room allocation, and operational reports

Overseeing nightly financial procedures in coordination with the Night Auditor

Conducting property walkthroughs and ensuring all areas meet luxury standards

Addressing guest requests, incidents, and operational issues with professionalism

Preparing detailed handover reports for the morning management team

Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security during night operations

Supporting decision-making in the absence of senior management

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as Night Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or senior Front Office role in luxury hospitality

Strong leadership, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills

Solid understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and safety procedures

High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to work autonomously

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with PMS and hotel management systems

Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)

A guest-focused, responsible, and calm approach to nighttime operation challenges

Additional Information

Location: Venice, Italy - Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)

Type of work: Full time

Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods

You must possess the legal right to work in Italy
