- Design and implement complex insurance structures to meet specific client needs, focusing on ART, Reinsurance Captive Solutions, and financial risk coverage.
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with clients, reinsurers, banks, and financial institutions to facilitate successful transactions.
- Work closely with banks and financial institutions to provide insurance coverage on credit portfolios, aiding in securitization, asset sales, and related activities.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop innovative strategies to mitigate financial risks for Corporate Customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of structured risk solutions into clients' broader risk management frameworks.
- Being informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in risk management to continually enhance our service offerings.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support business development activities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in insurance structured risk solutions, with a proven track record in ART, Reinsurance Captives, and financial risk coverage.
- Demonstrated access to the insurance market both in Italy, Europe, UK, and US, with trusted, consolidated relationships with senior underwriters of financial risks and structured financial risks.
- Experience working with banks and financial institutions on insurance coverage for credit portfolios, securitization, and asset sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (Albo Brokers lettera B, Cineass) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations, financial markets, and risk modeling.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
