  • Oversee the entire post-production process for assigned product categories, ensuring smooth operations within the studio
  • Manage the retouching process in collaboration with third-party agencies, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  • Ensure all imagery are aligned to guidelines, including accurate naming conventions and quality assurance
  • Track and monitor imagery uploads and outcomes, guaranteeing all images are prepared and approved for go-live dates
  • Support day-to-day photo studio management by working closely with photographers to optimize production efficiency
  • Identify potential workflow improvements and assist in implementing best practices within the photo production process
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines and quality expectations
The type of person we are looking for:
  • Previous experience with retouching and knowledge of photography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe inDesign and other relevant software
  • Some knowledge of Fashion designers and fashion industry
  • Ability to multitask and work tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to details and can do attitude
  • Fluent in English
