In this position, you will work closely with developers and designers to follow and carry out assigned projects that will then be developed with foreign vendors as well as internally, depending on the project type.Main Responsibilities
  • Starting from the assigned project, you will arrange digital patterns for collection and Racing footwear, ensuring that the project guidelines and technical requirements are respected.
  • You will design patterns both manually as well as digitally, making sure to report technical features, graphics and logos positionings as per the original product design.
  • You will also be in charge of providing all necessary information and documentation for the suppliers to develop the model as originally designed.
  • Moreover, you will work closely with the Product Development department to ensure the correct materials are being used and a correct technical data sheet delivery.
  • You will be responsible for verifying that patterns are consistent with the final product, matching the required measurements and working closely with the 3D CAD engineering team.
  • You will oversee the production process (cutting and assembling) to ensure that the product is built as originally engineered, implementing the necessary product specifications and that there are no defects identified. Moreover, you will also be in charge of ensuring that the items are amended to guarantee the correct fit, comfort and functionality.
  • You will also work closely with the industrialisation team to ensure the project’s reliability, forecasted timelines and costs, liaising closely with external suppliers as well.
  • Degree in Footwear Pattern Making and / or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Teseo (Pragma or Naxos) or an alternative CAD Footwear specific software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and team work attitude.
  • Good English fluency, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to travel will be considered a plus.
  • Interest for Motorsports will also be considered a strong plus.
