The services now include ancillary services (FCR, aFRR, mFRR), energy markets, congestion management, load-shifting, etc.Job DescriptionAs a team member, you will contribute to a sustainable low-carbon energy sector by allowing decentralized assets to become real actors in the energy transition.
You will lead electricity market analysis as well as assets one in order to evaluate opportunities for business development and then, you will play a key role in convincing partners to get in.Your responsibilities:ACTIVITIES
  • Able to analyze market values on both energy and service markets (MGP/MI-XBid/MSD/MB) to find opportunities of development for Flexcity.
  • Knowledge of Italian electricity markets (actors and dynamics)
  • Able to analyze in detail the regulatory framework, establish efficient relationships with TSO/DSOs and Authority (ARERA), and participate in the consultation processes.
  • Participate in discussions with a portfolio of customers and partners that can provide flexibility to the power grid
  • Identify and develop new business lines and new services to be offered, in line with the regulatory environment and the national electricity market
  • Continuous coordination and interaction with the various cross-country teams (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Spain,...)
QualificationsYour skills and profile:
  • 2 years minimum experience in the energy sector,
  • Knowledge of and interest in the Italian energy market,
  • Fluent in Italian and English (other languages are a plus),
  • Master's degree (preferably in Energy engineering)
  • Proactive approach
  • Sales Personality
  • Keen interest in new technologies and passion for energy;
  • Goal orientation and organizational skills;
  • Flexibility and proactive interaction.
  • Availability for travel (once every month, more or less).
Nice-to-have:
  • Networks in the Italian industry and/or with TSO/DSO/ARERA…
  • A technical background with the desire to develop a sales approach
