- Act as System Administrator in line with Group standards and IT security policies;
- Coordinate internal and external system administrators;
- Manage network infrastructure (contracts, configurations, incident resolution);
- Oversee corporate and guest WiFi networks;
- Monitor and apply security patches and antivirus updates;
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and user training;
- Ensure compliance with internal audit procedures.
- Administer Active Directory and manage user profiles;
- Control access to core business applications;
- Provide first and second-level support to office and boutique users;
- Liaise with Corporate IT and external contact centers;
- Deliver IT training and create user support documentation.
- Manage hardware fleet (clients, servers, POS, printers, mobile devices);
- Handle supplier contracts and procurement for IT and telecom equipment;
- Oversee mobile device management (iOS);
- Ensure server backups are performed per Group policy;
- Support electronic payment systems and train store staff on PCI-DSS compliance.
- Define and manage IT budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and IT planning;
- Lead local IT projects in coordination with Group IT;
- Support retail projects (new openings, renovations, temporary stores);
- Ensure fiscal compliance for Italian and Greek POS systems;
- Lead and develop the local IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- University degree in a technical-scientific field, preferably with an IT focus;
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus;
- 8-10 years of experience in corporate (ideally retail) or consulting environments, with proven expertise in IT infrastructure management;
- Strong knowledge of network systems, Active Directory, and cybersecurity best practices;
- Experience managing hardware fleets, mobile devices, and IT budgeting/planning;
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external providers;
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and a high level of professionalism and exemplarity.
