- Coordinating projects, mainly venue deliveries at the IBC and the OBS Warehouse in Italy.
- Liaison with the Organising Committee regarding venues delivery procedures, security procedures and general access procedures at both locations.
- Report completion of projects and deliveries to the OBS Logistics Manager.
- Supervising on site shuttle services from/to the OBS Warehouse in Italy will be on time.
- Supervising on site uniforms distribution to Logistics Team.
- Liaison with the Organising Committee logistics teams.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned (organize meetings, book accommodation, solve any kind of problems...)
- Ability to communicate in English (advanced) and Italian, written and verbal;
- Ability to demonstrate management of Logistics projects.
- Italian Driving License with clean driving record.
- Fast paced work environment.
- Operations are based in the OBS Warehouse in Italy but also in the IBC.
- Outdoor sport venues are subject to varied weather condition.
- Full time shift work including evening and weekends.
- Subject to national/international criminal background checks.
- Fluent English
