- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- The starting date is estimated in September.
- Act as the first point of contact between guests, the hotel team and external suppliers.
- Respond (in-person, over the phone, or by email) to all guest inquiries, special arrangements, services requests (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinates travel plans, special occasions, create unique experience and suggest exclusive addresses to guests liaising with external and internal suppliers, according to guests' hints and preferences.
- Make each guest feel welcomed and valued, anticipate guests' needs and create unforgettable experiences for them.
- Manage and coordinate guest chats, create, monitor and close cases using the appropriate Marriott tool.
- Maintain a strong knowledge about local areas, ongoing events happening, exclusive experiences, special suppliers and constantly update guests and the team.
- Record and manage guests' requests in the internal CRM Alice.
- Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bell person, Housekeeping, Front Desk) as necessary to resolve guest requests or issues.
- Escort guests to their room
- Supervise and assist Bell Team in case of need, helping with luggage/parcel delivery.
- Provide your best service and make sure the guest leaves the hotel with a positive memory. Our aim is a 10/10!
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude.
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability.
- Great storytelling skills in English and at least intermediate Italian (both writing and speaking).
- Previous Concierge experience is a big plus.
- Able to use CRM systems including Opera, GXP by Marriott, Alice.
