🧠 Il tuo ruolo come Tech Lead FreelanceSarai responsabile dello sviluppo tecnico end-to-end dell'MVP e parte attiva nella validazione sul campo.Responsabilità:
  • Disegno e sviluppo del backend (API, logica DSS, orchestrazione dati)
  • Integrazione di sensori IoT, camere multispettrali, e strumenti analitici
  • Sviluppo delle interfacce web/mobile per gli operatori
  • Deployment su ambienti cloud (Fastweb Edge o soluzioni alternative)
  • Supporto al team scientifico per l'implementazione di modelli predittivi
  • Contributo alla roadmap tecnologica e alla selezione di risorse future
💻 Stack tecnico e competenze chiave
  • Frontend: React / Next.js (o framework simili)
  • Backend: Node.js, Python (per motore DSS)
  • Database: SQL, noSQL
  • Infra & DevOps: Docker, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Realtime DB / Auth / API: Supabase, Firebase
  • Data Engineering: raccolta, validazione e gestione dati da sensori
  • API Design: REST/GraphQL, sicurezza, versioning
  • AI Integration: supporto alla pipeline ML (bonus)

🔍 Requisiti
  • Esperienza mid/senior come software engineer, tech lead o full-stack developer
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia Disponibilità a trasferte brevi in giornata (zona Toscana) per test su campo e incontri con i partner
  • Attitudine hands-on: sai scrivere codice, fare debug e prendere decisioni architetturali
  • Comunicazione efficace in italiano e inglese

🧠 Your Role as Freelance Tech LeadYou'll be responsible for the end-to-end technical development of the MVP and actively involved in field validation.Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of the backend (APIs, DSS logic, data orchestration)
  • Integration of IoT sensors, multispectral cameras, and analytical tools
  • Development of web/mobile interfaces for field operators
  • Deployment to cloud environments (Fastweb Edge or alternatives)
  • Support to the scientific team in implementing predictive models
  • Contribution to the tech roadmap and future team building
