- Escalate complex issues to Field Service Engineers when necessary.
- Log customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate service interventions and dispatch Field Engineers as needed.
- Prepare and follow up on service quotations.
- Identify and manage parts required for service jobs.
- University's Scientific degree, preferably in Engineering, with experience with medical devices as user
- 1 year experience in a similar technical position customer facing
- Italian native speaker level and English Upper Intermediate (B2 level), in written and mostly in spoken
