Trust and Agency Services and Security Services) and assist with client facing activities, financial and credit analysis and internal administrative and business management activities.This internship offers the opportunity to develop a valuable skills in corporate banking and gain insight into the financial services industry.ResponsibilitiesThe training program will allow to be involved in the following activites:
  • Help in managing client queries and requests under the supervision of senior bankers.
  • Support the team in day to day operations and collaborate with colleagues across different functions and locations.
  • Support the ACO Support team in finalizing KYC for Multinational clients, searching for client documents and external sources to support compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the RTM Relationship Managers in identifying potential new clients in analysing company data and attending client service team calls to discuss new opportunities.
  • Support the implementation team in new projects assigned to the bank.
  • Support the service teams in the day to day business of corporate MNCs.
  • Learn about relevant bank Policies and Process and operate in compliance with them.
  • Support the business management team in relation to projects, business support, controls and document preparation.
Skills
  • Strong academic record, either in Economics or Management Engineering.
  • Proactivity and problem solving attitude, ambition and responsiveness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in both Italian and English).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: able to join and onboard quickly and establish positive relationships with the team and clients.
  • Strong analytical skills: assimilating new information quickly and pro-actively relating them to the needs of the client base.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and corporate finance, including credit análisis.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork.
  • Resilient to fast paced environment, able to work well under pressure.
  • Computer skills: Excel and PowerPoint.
