- Prepare and maintain the sterile environment in the pharmaceutical preparation room.
- Follow strict protocols and guidelines to ensure the sterility of the preparation area.
- Accurately measure and mix pharmaceutical ingredients according to prescribed formulas.
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment used in the preparation process.
- Perform routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and work surfaces.
- Document all activities and procedures accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sterile pharmaceutical environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
