TasksWhat Will You Do? 🦾You will be part of one of the best sales SaaS teams in Europe whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software around the globe. You will support the sales team in expanding Smartpricing in the DACH market and consolidating our leadership in these countries.
  • Outbound & Inbound Prospecting - You will be expected to identify and find high-quality contacts by calling accommodations, with the main objective of making appointments through a list that will be provided to you by the company and through direct prospecting of new contacts. You will have referral Business Developers, and through the management of virtual calendars, you will arrange demo meetings with them.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences - You will make a significant impact on the evolution of this product. You will be the first point of contact for the company.
  • Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to get the appointments made for the Business Developers executed.
  • Data analysis and periodic reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning to critically read the performance of your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market.
  • Trade show and event participation - Smartpricing is present at all major national industry trade shows. You will attend 1-2 industry trade shows per year and have the opportunity to arrange on-site meetings with clients and learn from the field.

  • Winning but team mentality - your desire is to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly sales target, and you are willing to sacrifice so that your colleagues also achieve it.
  • Data-driven thinking - you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, and continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data.
  • Optimism and resilience - receiving no's does not bring you down; in fact, it gives you the drive to achieve your goals with greater determination.
  • Experience in the role - you have a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in telephone sales or outbound cold calling.
  • Desire to learn - you don't feel you have arrived and are willing to train in the field and in books about how to improve your sales skills. Training can take place in person or remotely. We like to meet from time to time to share company values and grow together.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is not mandatory, but it would help you get into the dynamics of the industry very quickly.
  • Organization - you are detail-oriented, maniacally plan your schedule, and update your CRM in a timely manner.
  • Productivity - you are motivated by working with SMEs, and managing short and intense sales cycles.
  • Good English skills B2 level - we are an international company, we want you to be able to understand and interact with others effectively.
  • German language - Mother Tongue or C2 level
