Join us to make your contribution.The Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly processes, analyze, sets up, and monitors the new manufacturing assembly processes linked to NPI introduction, PPR closure,playing a leading role in driving projects forward for capacity, quality and NPI industrialization.He/She determines needs, plan for the necessary equipment, personnel, and other assets to be in place, and prepare the required documents and proceduresYour Impact
  • Join actively the NPI Design review Process and lead NPI implementation on the shopfloor
  • Support PPR analysis activities
  • Perform std time analysis of the assembly areas and line balancing
  • Develop Bill Of Process assigning point of use for each item and related WI
  • Define tooling, layout and sequence for each sub assembly area
  • Lead different NPI projects during the year according to the company’s goals
Support and assist assembly line during day by day improving activitiesYour Experience And Qualifications
  • Higher degree in Engineering, Technology or other similar disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role
  • Must have the ability to take the initiative and review current process and provide improvements
  • Computer skills: advanced computer skills relevant for data management;
  • Interpersonal skills to partner with various teams and units in order to manage an efficient production process and to establish and maintain effective work relationships
  • Communication skills: develop reports and communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
