Require the needed capacity, execute the transfer and manufacturing plans to meet
the production volumes, quality & cost objectives, customer-service standards as set
by BUs with Operation, Quality, other Divisional Departments, for the different
technological PTMD segments.
Define the Front End Industrial Roadmap with BUs, prepare and trace the execution of
the relevant action plans.
Interact with the Quality Department, BU Product Management, Product Engineering,
Program Management, Supply Chain to assure the right trade off in between quality,
cost and performance.
Analyze process workflow and implement changes where required together with BU
manager, Product Mgmt., PE and Quality department.
Cooperate with Back End operation to guarantee the supply chain.ProfileYears of Experience:
5 years better if past experience in a FAB as device engineer or
PMO.
Knowledge PowerMOS process and technologies;
Proactivity, team working, problem solving attitude and result orientation
Communication, Persuasiveness and Negotiation
Fluent English
Stress Tolerance and Adaptability
Availability to travel
