Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your roleWe are looking for a curious and motivated Data Analyst Intern with a strong passion for data and analytics. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data to support business decisions.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to translate data into meaningful business insights. You will work closely with both business and IT teams, helping to bridge the gap between data and decision-making.Main responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using different platforms (Power BI, Business Object)
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, leveraging Python & SQL
Design and develop tools to support business decision-making and operational efficiency
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, while continuously increasing business knowledge
Support decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations
Participate in cross-functional projects as the data analysis representative
Assist in the automation of recurring reporting processes
Identify opportunities to improve reporting and ad hoc-analysis efficiency and effectiveness

Main requirements:

Educational background in Management Engineering, Economics, or Economics and Management
A strong interest in data and analytics, with a business-oriented mindset
Hands-on experience (academic or professional) in working with data, including activities such as data cleaning, exploration, and transformation
Familiarity with fundamental data manipulation concepts such as joins, merges, unions/appends, and aggregations (e.g., group by), ideally applied in university projects or previous work experience
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear and compelling business insights
Proficient in Excel
