La diversité de nos équipes nous permettra de mieux appréhender l'évolution des besoins de nos clients et de notre environnement futur.MISSION The role is part of the Service Excellence organization and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving after sales processes and operational efficiency, service quality and regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction and service performance and workshop processes, tools, systems, and digital solutions. The Project Manager is accountable for the end to end planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the Service Excellence domain, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives in terms of scope, timeline, cost, and quality, in line with business requirements and corporate standards. The role operates at an operational and tactical level, with a strong focus on execution and delivery. The Project Manager works with a high degree of autonomy, coordinating cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of initiatives impacting after sales performance, service quality, compliance, and customer experience. The Project Manager collaborates with business, operational, and ICT/Digital teams, acting as a coordination point across multiple service related domains. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Define and maintain project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. • Ensure compliance with project governance, methodologies, and corporate standards. • Contribute to governance forums by providing clear visibility on project status, risks, and issues. • Coordinate day to day project execution activities across involved functions and stakeholders. • Ensure delivery of project milestones according to the agreed plan. • Manage priorities, dependencies, and operational constraints. • Identify risks and issues, define mitigation actions, and escalate when required. • Ensure quality, readiness, and go live preparation of project deliverables. • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. • Coordinate with Business, ICT/Digital, and operational teams. • Facilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and regular progress reviews. • Ensure transparent, structured, and timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Track project progress against scope, timeline, and budget. • Maintain project documentation, action tracking, and reporting artifacts. • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports. • Support decision making through clear, accurate, and up to date project information. • Support change management activities related to the project. • Ensure proper handover to operational or support teams. • Manage project closure activities, including lessons learned and documentation. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Project Management roles, with proven delivery of projects in complex, cross functional environments. • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and functions. • Experience in digital, process, IT, network, or service related projects is considered an asset. • Strong planning, organization, and execution capabilities. • Clear, structured, and effective communication skills. • Problem solving and delivery oriented mindset. • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and dependencies. • Collaborative and team oriented approach. • University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus. • Fluent English is mandatory. Additional languages are considered an asset.
