- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI (or other data visualization tools) and experience in creating and managing interactive dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including data extraction and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
- Experience working in a RevOps, sales, or marketing analytics environment.
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Basic understanding of Python for data analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support the RevOps team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and performance metrics.
- Play a critical role in ensuring the accurate calculation, reporting, and analysis of sales commissions every month.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand commission structures and resolve any discrepancies.
- Work with Salesforce or other CRM platforms to extract and manage data effectively.
- Ensure data integrity and perform regular audits for cleanliness and accuracy.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.
