It operates through its three Global Business Lines: NHOA Energy, Free2move eSolutions and Atlante.Born in 2005 as a technological spin-off of the Politecnico di Torino and Milano, NHOA leverages its best-in-class technology and engineering edge, developed in over 15 years of R&D, paired with strategic partnerships and global procurement, to deliver the most competitive tailor-made turn-key solutions that allow the integration of renewable sources with all forms of energy storage, from batteries to hydrogen and even electric vehicles.NHOA, with offices in France, the United States and Australia, maintains entirely in Italy research, development and production of its technologies.PositionAs Project Planner you will be part of the NHOA EMEA team, directly reporting to the Vice President EMEA and functionally to the Head of PMO & Project Portfolio Control.You will be a key member of our team and you will be responsible to prepare and to maintain project schedules, considering dependencies and available resources, and to monitor the execution of the schedule during the project lifecycle ensuring that projects are kept on track, producing reports and using project management tools to keep all other teams involved in the project on track.Task and duties:- Organize, implement, and maintain schedules to support identified projects or new business opportunities and their plans.- Prepare schedule for tenders to support bids.- Break large jobs down into phases of development and build the project WBS.- Create, maintain, review and manage project schedules and plans during the project execution.- Use project management tools to plan timeframes.- Calculate the resources needed for a project.- Identify together with project teams the remedy plans and adapt the schedule in case of timeframe changes and monitor the implementation of such plans.- Cooperate with project teams during the project execution between offices and construction sites.- Liaise with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development.- Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled.- Design and develop project schedule with BOP Contractor or General Contractor.- Apply the project performance control system to monitor the project activities and evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identify variations and developing problem areas.- Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.- Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management and clients informed on project progress.- Collect information on the execution of the projects to produce lesson learned and database of the execution metrics.- Log project timelines and maintain database of tasks and their status and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.RequirementsYour background:- Educated to Bachelor's Degree level in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering degree.- Experience managing schedule of a Project or multiple Projects at the same time.- Previous employment as a Project Planner in in EPC projects.- Relevant knowledge and experience in Primavera Project Management P6 and Microsoft Project.- - 5 - 10 years' experience in industry with track record of success in project.- - Full proficiency (spoken and written) in Italian or Italian as a mother tongue- - Fluent (spoken and written) in English- - Fluent (spoken and written) in any other language other than Italian and English is a plusYour Skills:- Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues- Good record keeping and organizational skills- Self-starter with excellent presentation skills with constant attention to details- Self-disciplined and result-oriented- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent organizational and communication skillsOther informationLocation: Hybrid remote (from Italy) and HQ in Milan, Piazzale LodiWhat we offer· A permanent full time contract· An ambitious employer; we only want the best for you;· Professional experience in an international environment with frequent contact with other colleagues and partner around the world;· Strengthen cross-functional communication skills;· Be part of the young (35 on avg.) and international (+26 nationalities) group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment;· A revolutionary way of remote working that meets your needs (https://nhoa.energy/sustainability/familyworking/);
