at least 5 years of experience in the eyewear industry in Merchandising or Product Development roles with preferential experience in the Sports sector;
strong product sensitivity and analytical capabilities;
project management skills;
knowledge of collection logics (breadth, depth, segmentation);
eyewear technical expertise;
excellent communication skills and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for problem solving and be proactive and able to work in a team.
