- Assess client’s risk profile and understand what they lack in order to expand the existing client portfolio;
- Coordinate with carriers, underwriters and client teams to provide cohesive client service;
- Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotations from carriers;
- Host and organize client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams;
- Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.
- University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Management Engineering, Political and Social Sciences, International Relations or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- A strong interest in the area of insurance brokerage and risk management;
- Noteworthy extracurricular activities and international experience;
- Self-motivation, ambition and goal-orientation;
- A hands-on problem-solving approach, with a resilient, flexible and innovative mindset.
- Initially 6 months of internship + 24/36 months of apprenticeship
- Working hour: full-time from Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working (2 days/week or 9 days/month)
