  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning and qualification / CSV within pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong understanding of key regulatory standards (e.g. not limited to FDA, EMA) and guidelines related to C&Q/CSV activities.
  • Proven experience in leading C&Q/CSV projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a point of reference for the expansion of the C&Q / CSV division
  • Be able to find new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage C&Q / CSV activities for projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute commissioning and qualification plans, protocols, and reports.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior C&Q/ CSV team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.
  • In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.
  • If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you. Alternatively, if the outcome is negative, we will share our sincere feedback!
