From urban planning to residential and mixed-use developments, from corporate campuses to public buildings and hotels, each ACPV ARCHITECTS project embodies a new vision where nature and the noblest human aspirations can find new centrality.ACPV is looking for a Tender and Proposal Manager to be included in our Business Development team.The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying and managing tender and competition opportunities aligned with the firm’s market positioning strategy. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.The role will include a range of activities such as:
  • Researching and analyzing public tenders, invitations, and competitions in line with ACPV’s strategic objectives
  • Assessing the technical and economic feasibility of participating in a given tender or competition
  • Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ / PQQ) and ensuring eligibility requirements are met
  • Collecting and verifying all documentation required by tender procedures, including coordination with other economic operators (partners or consultants) involved in the bid
  • Drafting tender documentation in close coordination with the Head of Bidding and/or relevant Partner
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring full compliance with the schedule set by the tendering authority
  • Submitting complete proposal documentation according to the formats and timelines defined by the tender process
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of an internal archive of tender and prequalification documents
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within architectural or engineering firms, or companies managing complex bids
  • Proven ability to manage the full tender process, from opportunity analysis to submission
  • Strong understanding of public procurement regulations and private bidding procedures
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; experience with tender platforms and document management tools is an advantage
  • English fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • A strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools such as Power BI, Airtable, and similar platforms is highly valued
