In this role, you will focus on understanding user behavior, removing friction points and running data driven experiments to continuously improve conversion performance. You will work closely with UX/UI, product, development and analytics teams to turn insights into impactful improvements across the eCommerce platform. This position is ideal for a curious, analytical and experimentation minded professional who enjoys optimizing journeys, testing hypotheses and delivering tangible business results. WHAT YOU WILL DO As CRO Manager, you will: • Analyze the end to end customer journey and optimize conversion funnels across the platform. • Identify conversion bottlenecks and user friction points using digital tools (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis) as well as qualitative inputs (customer feedback, service insights). • Design, execute and scale A/B tests and experimentation strategies. • Improve key performance metrics such as conversion rate, add to cart rate and checkout completion rate. • Drive cross selling and upselling initiatives, enhancing customer value and experience. • Optimize key pages (PDP, PLP, cart, checkout) in collaboration with UX/UI designers and development teams. • Partner closely with Analytics to monitor performance, validate hypotheses and support data driven decisions.
4-8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, product optimization or digital performance roles. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a test and learn mindset. • Hands on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g. GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar or similar). • Solid understanding of user behavior, funnels and conversion dynamics. • Experience working in eCommerce or digital product environments. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams (UX, tech, product, analytics). • Attention to detail combined with a structured, results oriented approach.
