- Execute professional sales processes with end user customers from first contact to post-sale.
- Support existing and potential customer base to facilitate sales growth.
- Respond to customer requests and needs to resolve issues including product interest/enquiries, product orders, payment issues, technical support, troubleshooting, product support, training, education, problem solving, instrument installations, instrument repair, etc.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and be available for all tech support needs via phone, call, Customer Care Visit (CCV), e-mail, virtual calls.
- Support the Regional Business Manager to achieve Sales Plan and maintain Expense Budget.
- Assist in gathering of Market data and information, particularly forwarding in Competitive information and impacts.
- Participate in trade show and customer gatherings, completing appropriate paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Sales experience with a focus on Molecular / or Cytology products.
- Experience with Histology would be preferred.
- An understanding of the tender and purchase models of public hospitals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the territory.
