Junior Product Manager Marketing - Internship

• Implement marketing plans and innovation to drive growth & profit across countries
• Drive and own sell-out analyses to recommend brand opportunities and improvements

• Monitor and analysis of Planet Farms products, market, competitors and consumers trends/behavior keeping organization informed with recommendation of opportunities for the brands
• Maintain records of sales and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where performance needs to be improved

• Work with marketing manager to ensure Brand marketing plan as well as product launches are prepared and perfectly executed across countries
• Support on the definition of the brand long term strategy
• Key contact for marketing agencies and related suppliers

• Manage and support marketing manager in product innovation process according to agreed plan and within assigned budget
• Participate in and/or lead projects

• Own and drive new packaging process: secure and execute phase in/out of products coordinating with external agencies and other internal functions

• Monitor and manage assigned Marketing Budget in line with company procedures

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
• Knowledge and experience with overall Marketing mix
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Fluent in Italian and English

• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills, with the ability to record and share insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently in field settings as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, data-driven work environment.

• Advanced proficiency with Excell and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Circana/Nielsen system is considered as a plus
