10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in low latency or multithreaded environments
Experience managing 20+ engineers
Strong background in C++ and backend systems
Experience implementing modern DevOps practices
Structured leadership style
Preferred experience in the Fintech sector
Fluency in English.
