JOB PURPOSE/ROLEThe successful candidate will join the Distribution Incentives & Discounts Unit, conducting in-depth analysis of agency channel performance, identifying growth opportunities, defining and supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. The role involves analyzing agency performance, creating predictive models, budget allocation, and managing incentives and productive contests released to agencies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the insurance industry or financial services with exceptional analytical skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Monitor and report on the implementation of strategic initiatives and their impact on business performance
  • Support senior leadership in the development of presentations and reports for executive meetings and board discussions
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as needed
KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
  • Significant experience (e.g., 5 years) as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the insurance industry
  • Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query
  • A basic knowledge of Python or SQL would be a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Fluent in Italian and English
