Job DescriptionFor a 4* business hotel part of an international hotel chain in Verona we are currently recruiting for aHotel ManagerPOSITION OVERVIEWThe Hotel Manager assumes a pivotal leadership role in overseeing all aspects of the hotel. Reporting to the owners, this position is responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development. The Hotel Manager plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations, delivering top-tier hospitality services, and upholding the reputation of the establishment.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments for optimal guest service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding high service standards, addressing feedback, and promptly resolving concerns.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Be responsible for sales and marketing activities to drive revenue, promote offerings, and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Maintain and enhance the establishment's reputation by consistently delivering quality services, cleanliness, and comfort.
  • Contribute to long-term planning, business development, and expansion initiatives to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in hotel management roles, showcasing a track record of successful property management and guest satisfaction.
  • In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, including operations, guest services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership skills to lead and inspire a diverse team of department heads and staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and financial literacy to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic environments and evolving guest needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple departments, projects, and responsibilities.
