Job DescriptionAre you interested in playing an active role in growing the LEGO® Branded Channel and delivering world-class retail experiences across Europe?We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Retail Operations Associate Manager to join the Branded Channel Western Europe team.Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Milan, and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.Core ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Channel Director Branded Channel, you will work hand in hand with Commercial Excellence and Retail teams across LEGO Certified Stores and LEGOLAND Parks in Italy, France, Iberia, Germany, the UK, and Denmark. Your main responsibilities will include:Supporting customer business planning, including commercial cycles and performance reviewsDriving in-store execution excellence across channels, acting as a sparring partner for Trade MarketingPerforming cross-data source analysis to generate actionable insights and support decision-makingContributing to turnover forecasting and monitoring business performanceActing as point of contact for Extended Lines and Licensing topicsLeading and supporting multi-country, cross-channel projects (e.g. staff incentive programs and loyalty)Supporting channel marketing activations, including promotion evaluation and performance trackingCoordinating with global, regional, and local collaborators, ensuring alignment across functions (Marketing, Operations, Commercial)Play your part in our team succeedingThis role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with hands-on project management, contributing to high-impact initiatives across multiple markets.You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key collaborators, supporting both strategic decision-making and operational excellence, while helping to create engaging and memorable experiences for LEGO fans.Do you have what it takes?Experience in retail, commercial, or operations roles (preferably in a multi-market environment)Strong analytical and Excel skills (experience with data tools is a plus)Proven ability to analyze product portfolios and conduct competitive benchmarkingStrong analytical skills, combined with curiosity and a proactive approach to turning data into insights and actionsSolid understanding of IP driven businesses and product ecosystemsAbility to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple collaborators across different marketsA hands-on approach, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skillsA collaborative teammate who enjoys being actively involved in projects and team activitiesPassion for the LEGO brand and its valuesFluency in English and ItalianApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
