Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Regional Energy & Industry team.What You'll do During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the project “Adriatic and Israel Sales Force Sub‑Segmentation”, taking an active role in the following activities:

Analyzing and evaluating the current sales account platform used by our colleagues
Assessing the market organization’s account universe and identifying key development focus areas
Coordinating account data quality in close collaboration with local market teams
Engaging with local market colleagues to ensure alignment on project activities
Developing sub‑segmentation scenarios together with regional segment managers
