- Contribute to improve the organizational model of the plant
- Ensure the right implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills and profiles;
- Ensure together with Line Managers and Temps Agencies the Blue Collars recruiting.
- Contribute to white collars recruiting.
- Contribute to coordinate and implement the individual Development Plans (IDP)
- Contribute in organizing special plant training project and on-boarding and induction plan for new hiring.
- Support in ensuring of the HR KPI's: labor cost, holidays usage, absenteeism rate, overtime hours, turnover etc, proposing improvement and or recovery actions on monthly bases.
- Supporting the communication processes and special projects.
- Contribute to ensure industrial safety and plant properties safeguarding collaboration with the EHS Manager for Environment, Health and Safety of the Plant.
- Ensure the proper application of the national, regional and local labor law, collective agreements and general Company regulations;
- Contributing to negotiating and establishing relations with unions ;

- previous experience in similar role (at least 3 years) in multinational company.
- Knowledge of labor law
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required;
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
