Mindset: Motivated, curious, proactive and eager to learn about the complexities of Investment Banking
For Graduate positions:
Relevant work/internship experience
Excellent University degree and academic records
Relevant international experience
Confidence to take on early responsibility
Fluency in English is a prerequisite
