- Responsible for end-user support (2nd level) and system availability within predefined timeframes within SLA targets.
- Assist with change control and any infrastructure changes that help to improve functionality
- User- and device management (e.g. hardware, licenses, equipment) including documentation
- Support business departments when issues arise and to identify potential improvements
- Attention to data and system security and privacy compliance
- Alignment to compliance requirements (PCI, SOX) and all IT policies
- Collaborate with global IT teams and participate in global IT roll-outs
- Collaborate with site leader and management team
- Daily participation in regional meetings
- Completed IT education (e.g. Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar
- Work experience in the end-user support area or comparable areas
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Experiences with Microsoft Office product family
- Advanced knowledge about IT infrastructure
- Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility
- Ability to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
- Good English skills and French will be beneficial
