On behalf of our client, a provider of Oil & Gas Machinery, we are looking for a:PROJECT LEADERPOSITION SUMMARY:The Project Leader will manage the entire life-cycle of the projects and will represent the interface between the company and the customers/suppliers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Realize feasibility study, definition and fine-tuning of the project;Define the technical requirements and the functional/design solutions/new materials for the design of customized components;Ensure that the customer, contract and organizational requirements are implemented throughout the project lifecycle;Manage relationships with the client and the suppliers during project execution;Produce dimensional and functional analysis of components in the design phase;Issue the necessary documents for the order in accordance with the requirements required by the customer;Collaborate in the project team to ensure compliance with contractual requirements;Make technical alignment of offers submitted by Supply Chain regarding complex equipements;Suthe advancement of activities and the management of any critical issues;Collaborate with Production during the testing phase, to provide necessary technical clarification and solve any criticality.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;Experience within a design/project coordination function (3-5 years) preferable within industrial, power and oil & gas business;Fluent English.SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:Negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;Team building;Highly proactive, flexible, self-motivated, driven and results-oriented;Good communication and decision-making skills.Salary Package: 40K-45KLOCATION: Western Turin areaL'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta ai candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel pieno rispetto delle pari opportunità.
