- Support Account Managers and Business Developers with sales planning, reporting, and client coordination
- Assist in preparing presentations, tracking KPIs, and managing internal tools for account performance
- Contribute to sales forecasting and demand planning using historical data and market trends
- Help build performance dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Conduct analysis on sales performance to refine future planning cycles.
- Support sales operations flows acting as contact point between sales team, sales administration and order management teams
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product positioning and strategic decisions
- Develop customer personas and journey maps to refine product messaging and targeting.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on market, competition, and consumer demand patterns to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision
- Support the NPI process in terms of product sheet preparation and product launches operational support
- Assist in developing channel strategies and promotional calendars for retail and distribution partners
- Support execution of in-store activations and analyze campaign effectiveness across channels
- Monitor sell-out data and field force activities to ensure retail execution aligns with promotional plans, and provide actionable insights to optimize store-level performance
- Analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and digital campaign metrics
- Support e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing updates, and promotional execution
- Implement testing for product pages to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, available for a full time internship
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written) is required
- Korean is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
