- Lead end-to-end complex consulting engagements for EU Institutions and decentralised EU Agencies, ensuring excellence in delivery across awarded contracts and framework agreements;
- Manage and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders (European Commission services, EU Agencies and other institutional actors), acting as a trusted advisor;
- Actively develop and reinforce networking within the European Commission ecosystem, contributing to EY's institutional positioning and identifying follow-on and adjacent opportunities;
- Oversee initiatives related to organisational design, governance, programme and project management, operational improvement and performance management in complex institutional contexts;
- Ensure delivery quality, adherence to timelines and budget control, in full compliance with contractual requirements and EU regulatory frameworks (including EU Financial Regulation and annual/multiannual budget cycles);
- Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary consulting teams, fostering professional growth, methodological rigour and collaboration;
- Contribute, when required, to business development and account development activities, with a focus on strategic positioning and client insight rather than operational bid desk tasks;
- Support the development of service offerings, assets and best practices related to EU Institutions and Agencies, promoting their adoption within the practice.
- Master's degree in Economics, Political Science, EU Studies, Public Policy, Management Engineering, Law or related disciplines;
- At least 10-12 years of experience in management consulting or public sector advisory, with a strong focus on EU Institutions and/or decentralised EU Agencies;
- Proven background in structured consulting environments (Big 4, Tier 1 or specialised EU advisory firms);
- In-depth knowledge of the EU institutional environment, including governance models, decision-making processes, EU Financial Regulation, budget lifecycle and internal control systems;
- Strong track record in senior stakeholder management and leadership of complex, multi-stream engagements;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
