- Work with the Lead Gen team to identify and research relevant sales targets (verticals, customer segments, etc) in Italy;
- Understand prospects' needs and decision process to provide them with the best-personalized approach and features;
- Run personalized demos, negotiate, and close deals.
- Gather market feedback and provide inputs to drive continuous improvement in particular the product features our prospects expect us to develop.
- A pivotal role in a rapidly scaling team, with a significant impact on our growth in Italy.

- Experience: You have up to 1,5 years of experience being an Account Executive.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven track record in outbound sales, with a knack for closing deals.
- Based in Milan, able to work on-site three times a week.
- Customer-centric: You know how to anticipate clients' needs to offer outstanding onboarding, bring relevant solutions, and build long-term relationships with your clients;
- Curious mindset: you are intellectually curious, open-minded, adaptable, a fast learner, and excited by a dynamic startup environment;
- Resilience: you are combative and you love challenges;
- Mastery: You have already used a CRM (Salesforce would be a significant plus);
- Languages: You are a native Italian speaker and you are fluent in English.
