Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your roleWe are looking for passionate, motivated, curios and entrepreneurial talent to join the EL International Mobility team, based in Italy and France, being involved in exciting projects and activities to manage the relocation of EL talents worldwide.The candidate will handle both analytical/operational tasks together with the relation with the main internal and external stakeholders (employees, HRBP, service providers).Main responsibilitiesHere some of the responsibilities you will have:
  • Assisting in building remuneration packages for expatriates (calculation, cost estimate and implementation)
  • Participating to the entire expatriation process
  • Direct support to expatriates on diverse issues (immigration, relocation, health coverage, return trips etc.)
  • Participating with the rest of the International Mobility team on projects
  • Relation with external providers
  • Application of the EssilorLuxottica International Mobility policy
Main requirements:
  • Educational Background in HR Management; Economics and Management; International Business
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Good experience with data analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer focus and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
  • Proven ability to drive change and drive results, with a passion for data and a desire to make a positive impact on the business.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
